Refund and Returns Policy

Important Note : All of our products are handmade, so please consider that each individual product can have minor differences. (For example, slight color differences of hand-knitted parts, wood color, length etc.)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from return and refunding ;

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Custom made products (Products consist special name, letters, writings etc.)
- Special deliveries and orders
- Products sold with a special price for wholesalers and retailers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition,
- Damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error,
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the result of the inspection. (approval or rejection) If the refund request will be approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or will be sent back with a bank transfer, within 10 days.

In case of late or missing refunds ;
Please always first check your bank account and make sure that transfer is missing.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially delivered.

Sale items,
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, campaign products or volume deals cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and follow the steps we will send you via mail.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to Reciever; Receiver gets a credit with the same amount of the gift. Once the item returns, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as “gift” but Gift-Sender ships the item to his/her own address, we will send a refund to the Gift-Sender.

To return your product, you should first mail , details and all address information will follow.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend you to use a trackable shipping service and applying shipping insurance. We don´t accept any responsibilities about costs of shipping for returns and cannot guarantee the shipments will arrive.
